1Acceptance of Terms of Use

Welcome to viva99. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by the viva99 platform. This document is a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and viva99 as the platform operator ("We" or "Platform").

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one account only at viva99. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, IP addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and confiscation of funds.

During the registration process, you agree to:

• Provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.
• Maintain and update your account information when required.
• Keep your password confidential and do not share your login details with anyone.
• Notify viva99 immediately if your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Be fully responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

Viva99 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your own account login credentials.

4Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

The viva99 platform supports a wide range of popular payment methods for Malaysian users, including DuitNow, FPX, local bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and several other e-wallet options. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit requirements:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the limits set for each payment method.
• All deposits must come from a legitimate source and be made in the name of the registered member.
• Deposits made via credit card or loan-based methods are discouraged and may be declined at viva99's discretion.
• Deposited funds cannot be transferred to another member's account.

Withdrawal requirements:

5Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

• All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering (rollover) requirements before a withdrawal is approved.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no directly redeemable cash value.

6Game Rules & Wagering

7Accepted Member Conduct

We expect all viva99 members to use this platform responsibly and to respect fellow members and our team. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including account closure:

• Fraud, evasion, or any attempt to manipulate the platform's systems in any form.
• Use of offensive language, threats, or inappropriate behaviour directed at support staff or other members.
• Sharing or selling your account to another party.
• Use of VPN, proxy, or any method to conceal your actual location for the purpose of bypassing restrictions.
• Money laundering activities or suspicious financial transactions conducted through the platform.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the viva99 platform.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the viva99 support team. Before closure is processed, all eligible balances will be returned to the member once any applicable bonus conditions have been met.

Viva99 also reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms in this document.
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected activities involving fraud, money laundering, or platform abuse.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, viva99 reserves the right to withhold any account balance while a full investigation is conducted. The final decision regarding that balance is subject to the investigation's findings.

10Terms Amendments & Applicable Law

Viva99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. We will endeavour to notify members of significant changes via in-platform notifications or the registered email address.

Continued use of the viva99 platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
